We currently ship orders to the United States and Canada only. All orders are dispatched from our international fulfillment partners, with shipment origin in Pakistan.
Processing Time
Orders are processed after payment confirmation. Handling time is included in the estimated delivery timeframe. During peak seasons or due to unforeseen circumstances, processing may take slightly longer.
Shipping Methods and Costs
We offer two shipping options for our customers. Standard Shipping is available at a cost of 29 USD and Expedited Shipping is available at a cost of 39 USD. Shipping charges are calculated and displayed at checkout before you complete your order.
Estimated Delivery Time
Standard Shipping usually takes between 14 to 28 days for delivery, including handling time. Expedited Shipping typically takes 5 to 7 business days, including handling time. Delivery times may vary depending on the destination, customs clearance, and carrier performance.
Customs and Duties
All shipments are sent on a Delivered Duty Unpaid basis. Any customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by the destination country are the responsibility of the customer. Necessary documentation is provided to facilitate customs clearance, which usually takes 1 to 3 business days.
Order Delays
While we strive to meet the estimated delivery timelines, delays may occur due to customs inspections, weather conditions, carrier issues, or other factors beyond our control. Mehvara is not responsible for delays caused by such circumstances.
Bulk Orders
For bulk orders of 10 or more items, customers are required to contact us before placing the order. Bulk orders may have different pricing, shipping costs, and delivery timelines.
